Section 63 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
63. Power of issue directions.
- In the discharge of its functions, the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall be guided by such instructions or directions as may be given to it by the Government from time to time for the proper implementation of the objects of the Act.
