At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation court not be completed in view of the Stay granted by this Court.
In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is not in force. The Investigating Officer is directed to proceed with the investigation expeditiously.
Post the matter on 14.06.2023.
