Section 11(1) in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010
(1)Every applicant identified for grant of Vending Rights Card, whether under sub-clause (8) or under sub-clause (10) of Clause 10, shall be required to furnish an undertaking on Nonjudicial Stamp Paper of appropriate value, according to the prescribed manner, on the format given in Appendix-A attached to and forming part of these Bye-laws.
