Section 15 in Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1964
15. Protection of action taken in good faith
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the appellate officer or the estate officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or order s made thereunder.
