Section 9(1) in The Indian Forest Service (Appointment by Competitive Examination) Regulations, 1967
(1)In pursuance of rule 7 of the Recruitment Rules [15 per cent and 7-½ per cent] [Substituted by DP Notification No. 3/31/70-(ii)-AIS(IV), dated 26th April, 1971 (w.e.f. 8th May, 1971).] of the available vacancies shall be reserved for candidates who are members of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes respectively.
