Section 11(1) in The U.P. Bhagirathi River Valley Authority Act, 1999
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Authority shall exercise such powers as are necessary for, or, incidental to, the performance of its functions and discharge of its duties under this Act.
