Section 20(3) in International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) University Act, 2013
(3)The Chancellor shall constitute a search committee consisting of following persons, namely ;-(i)one person recommended by the Board;(ii)one person recommended by the Sponsor;(iii)one person recommended by the Chancellor;The Chancellor shall appoint anyone of these three persons as Chairman of the search committee.
