Section 3(1) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953
(1)The Government shall establish and constitute a Sugarcane Control Board for the State and ascribe to it such duties and functions in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, as may be prescribed.
