P.C.: 1. I have perused the Chamber Order
No. 1111/2018 which is taken out for
removing the Executor by name of Sorab
Framroze Canteenwala from the Petition
and also Chamber Order No. 1152 of 2018
which is filed in the same Petition praying
for substituted service upon all concerned.
2. I had, therefore, called upon
Advocate as to whether I have power to
remove the Executor as prayed for. She
states that she needs time to take
instructions in that regard. As regards
substituted service, she states that both
the matters will be heard together.
3. Hence, matter is adjourned to January
2019.
