Section 45 in The Maharashtra Raw Cotton (Procurement, Processing and Marketing) Act, 1971
45. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any member, market committee officer, agent or authority functioning under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
