(5)The provisions of sub-sections (1) to (4) shall not apply where the Kuladhipati is satisfied that in the interest of the University it is not expedient to hold such enquiry and to issue any show cause notice or to give an opportunity of being heard to any member nominated by him before the removal of such member.
