Section 22(2) in National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Rules, 1949
(2)A Girl Cadet of the Senior or Junior Wing who desires to be transferred shall submit her application in writing to the officer in command of her unit, stating the reasons for desiring the transfer and the unit to which she desires to be transferred.
