Section 33 in The Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003
33. Financial assistance to license by State Government.
- The State Government may provide financial assistance to licensees on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit to impose, in the following manner namely:-(a)Grant of subventions.(b)Grant of loans.(c)Guarantee of repayment by a licensee of the amount of loan or interest on loan or both the loan and the interest thereon.
