Section 31 in The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981
31. Repeal of Maharashtra Ordinance V of 1981 and saving.
(1)The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Ordinance, 1981 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification issued, rules, scheme or any order made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, issued or made as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
