Section 6(1) in The M.P. Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)If a licence granted under Section 4 is lost, stolen or destroyed, the licensee shall forthwith report the matter to the competent authority by whom the licence was issued or, as the case may be, 1st renewed and may make an application to that authority for the issue of a duplicate licence.
