Section 7(3) in National Law School of India Act, 1986
(3)The [visitor] [Substituted by Act 19 of 2011 w.e.f. 6.4.2011.] shall, in every case give notice, to the School of his intention to cause an inspection or inquiry to be made, and the School shall be entitled to appoint a representative who shall have the right to be present and be heard at such inspection or inquiry.
