Section 59(1) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(1)On the day on which this Act comes into force, the Chancellor shall appoint a person qualified under sub-section (1) of section 9 to be the Vice-Chancellor of the University.
