Section 45(3)(b) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990

(b)Electric wireless shall not be used for dock work in cases where,--

(i)the electro-magnetic brake is unable to hold the load; and

(ii)one or more control points, either hoisting or lowering, is not operating properly.
