(4)Every application for a license in Form II, Form III and Form IV shall be accompanied by -(a)a written undertaking that the applicant has the capacity to store the firearm safely and securely in a safe or steel almirah in order to minimize the risk that it could be stolen or accessed by someone other than the licensee; and(b)a written undertaking to practice safe storage of the firearm (in knocked down condition) and its ammunition and to educate the children about the dangers of interacting with arms and ammunition, in Form S-2.
