Section 4(2) in Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(2)The Secretary in-charge of the Energy Department, Government of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] shall be the Convener for the above Selection Committee.
