1. Matter is taken up for verification of the bank guarantee furnished by the decree holder.

Mr. Manish Kumar Sinha has stated that the bank extended BG no. 16090100012353 on 28.08.2023 for a sum of Rs. 33,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Crores Only) and the same is valid upto 16.12.2023. It was originally issued on 17.06.2020. The same has been issued at the instance of SOM DATT BUILDERS-NCC-NEC (JV) in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.
