8. Inspection.
(1)The State Government may, from time to time, cause inspection of the affairs of the college, other than the college run by minorities, including its administrative and financial activities as and when the State Government considers it necessary.(2)Such inspection shall ordinarily be made upon prior notice to the college authority.
