Section 13(1) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Removal of Disqualification and Settlement of Disputes Relating to Disqualification and Membership) Rules, 1994
(1)The Judge shall, as soon as may be after announcing the order made by him under Rule 10, send a copy thereof to the District Magistrate.
