Section 167(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all work places where excavation or tunneling works are carried out shall be adequately illuminated in accordance with the relevant national standards.
