                          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                O R D E R

1 Having heard Mr Pradeep Misra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, we find no error in the concurrent findings which have been Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2022.01.31 12:37:18 IST Reason: SLP(C) 538/2022 2 arrived at by the Labour Court and by the High Court in the exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution.

2 The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

3 However, on the request of the learned counsel, time for complying with the order of the High Court is extended until 28 February 2022. Consequently, since time is being extended by this Court for complying with the order of the High Court, the penal interest of 8% shall not become payable if the payment is made within the time as extended by this Court.

4 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
