Section 114(d) in Jammu and Kashmir Co-Operative Societies Act, 1989
(d)'Housing Society' means a co-operative society which has its principal object the construction of the houses for its members, of financing or facilitating the construction of houses by its members and includes a Primary House Building Society registered under the Act, and admitted or affiliated as member of the House fed.
