Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018
(1)The head of each establishment shall ensure that the provisions of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act are not misused to deny any right and benefit to persons with disabilities covered under the Act.
