                                                 O R D E R

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 has stated that the petitioner has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The Ld. Counsel has stated that his name has not been reflected in the Cause List. Office shall rectify the database accordingly. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
