Please refer to the enclosing noting sheet of EO/AO transfer order dated 04/01/2011 of EPFO, Kandivali, Mumbai and provide following information:
1- Please inform the page number of the noting sheet (enclosed with the RTI application). 2- Please give copies of previous 5 pages noting sheets prior to this page. 3- Please give copies of next 10 pages of noting sheets after this page. 4- There are 6 signatures in the noting sheet. The signatures are marked as A, B, C, D, E, F. Please inform the name and designation of the EPFO officials who have signed this noting sheet, in the below format:

Whether "A" has the power to recommend that Shri M. B. Rao. EO/AO be transferred to Jalgaon? 6- Or whether "A" has acted and submitted note on the direction of any other higher official? Grounds for the Second Appeal:
PIO & AA has refused to provide the information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Mr. M. B. Rao through VC Respondent: Mr. M. B. Adurkar CPIO through VC The appellant stated that he has not received the information requested in his RTI application dated 17/12/2011. The CPIO pointed out that the appellant has a service related grievance and has filed more than 100 applications seeking information on various departmental matters and after getting the said information he has made several complaints alleging/abusing the officers of the public authority. However, in the instant matter he has been offered an inspection of the records for taking whatever information/documents he needs. The appellant protested stating that he has never abused any officer and added that he is willing to inspect the relevant records.
Decision notice:
As stated by the CPIO he should permit the appellant to inspect the relevant records relating to his RTI applications dated 17/12/2011 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The appellant should also be permitted to take photocopies/extracts therefrom, free of cost, up to 10 pages.
We have noted the submissions of the CPIO and hope that the appellant will not unnecessarily overload the system by filing frivolous RTI application(s) and seek only such information which is related to transparency and accountability in the functioning of the public authority.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
