Section 48(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)The applicant shall, within fourteen days from the date of filing of the application publish notice of his application by public advertisement, and such advertisement shall contain such particulars as the Commission may specify.
