Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case no. 151 of 2016, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner obtained job of Panchayat teacher furnishing certificate including the B.Ed. Certificate, which was found fake.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present petitioner is not in service as he resigned from the post of Panchayat teacher in the year 2016 after lodging of the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68122 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
