PROF. RICHARD HAY (NOMINATED): Introduction of a super fast express train from Mangalore to Madurai starting from Mangalore by 05:30 am and returning from Madurai by 02:30 pm would address the problem faced by the passengers in the region who have been demanding this facility for a long time.
Hence, I urge upon the Government to give top priority to start a super fast express train from Mangalore to Madurai so that the problem of the passengers of this region could be solved and they would be benefitted by this train.
