8. [ Determination of Title by vesting order.- [Substituted by S.R.O. 1196, dated 19.5.1956]
Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 6 or 6A, the title to a lost, stolen, destroyed, mutilated or defaced bond or stock certificate may be determined by the Bank its order vesting title thereto.]
