Section 10(1)(iii) in Tamil Nadu Compulsory Censorship of Film Publicity Materials Act, 1987

(iii)having been certified by the Board and signed by the Publicity Materials Censor Officer, does not bear in the manner prescribed the number and date of the certificate of registration; he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both and in the case of a continuing.
