Section 16(1) in The United Provinces Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1949
(1)No prosecution under this Act shall be instituted except by or with the previous sanction of the district magistrate or a magistrate of the fist class specially empowered in this behalf by the [State Government] [Substituted by the A.O. 1950.].
