Section 107(1) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(1)The High Court shall have and use as occasion may require a seal bearing a device and impression of the State emblem with an exergue or label surrounding the same with the inscription :"The seal of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir".
