Section 19(1) in The Meghalaya Cinemas (Regulation) Rules
(1)The competent officers of the PWD, the Electricity Department and the Public Health Department having jurisdiction in the area shall make necessary inspection once a year in the month of December of the premises and the building in their respective spare or duty for the purpose of giving the prescribed certificates.Deleted vide Notification No. GA-196/79/5, dated 24th March 1980.
