Section 18(ii) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(ii)disciplinary proceedings are initiated against him for corruption or other serious misconduct and he is specifically informed in writing that the question of considering the suitability for full membership will be taken up only after the completion of the disciplinary proceedings.
