Section 1(2) in The M.P. Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit Services System) Rules, 1959
(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Madhya Pradesh in the areas in which Chapter V of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (XXXIV of 1948) is in force.
