Section 19 in The National Cadet Corps Rules, 1948
19. Medical Examination.
- If the Vice-Chancellor of a University or the Director National Cadet Corps or the Director of Public Instruction is satisfied that the applicant fulfils the conditions of appointment and that he is suitable for appointment as an officer in the National Cadet Corps, he shall cause the applicant to be medically examined.
