26. Notice of withdrawal of the application for registration
.-A notice of withdrawal of application for registration of a layout-design under sub-section (2) of section 78 for the purpose of obtaining repayment of any fee paid on the filing of the application, shall be given in writing within three months from the date of communication mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 25.
