Section 80(1) in The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Act
(1)Except where otherwise expressly provided to the contrary an appeal shall lie to the Registrar from the decision made under this act or rules framed thereunder by any Government Officer, liquidator or non-official helper appointed under sub-section (3) of Section 3.
