Section 124(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, for every Zila Parishad there shall be a tribunal consisting of the Chairman of the Zila Parishad, the Deputy Commissioner and such other officer as may be nominated by the Government in this behalf.
