Section 20(1) in Goa Investment Promotion Act, 2014
(1)The Department or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, shall process the application within the time as prescribed which shall not be later than thirty days from the date of its receipt. The said time limit may extend further to such period as prescribed, in case additional information is to be sought.
