(3)During quarantine, the animals shall be ear-tagged bearing a unique number. Such animals shall be examined regularly for symptoms of any Scheduled Disease. They shall be vaccinated against the Scheduled Disease and be provided with veterinary treatment, if required. On vaccination, the animal owner shall be provided with a vaccination certificate in accordance with Section 9 of the Act.
