(1)Stock of bonds issued by the Authority shall be issued, transferred, dealt with and redeemed in such manner, as the State Government may by general or special order direct.(2)The Authority may advance any part of such borrowings to any either body for the performance of functions specified in the Act on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine.
