Section 5(1) in Maharashtra Factories (Safety Audit) Rules, 2014
(1)The State Government may recognize any person possessing the qualifications, experience and other requirements as set out in the Schedule I hereto as a Safety Auditor for the purpose of carrying out Safety Audit as provided by these rules ;
