Ms. Varsha Thakur - Government Advocate for State. IA No. 3806/2024 has been filed by appellant Bajrang seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his daughter Pooja with Ritik scheduled on 19.3.2024.
As per verification report sent by police station Bhanpura, Pooja is already been married with Ritik held in the year 2023 as per statement of Ritik son of Sukhendra given to police. Therefore, in order to take temporary bail forged marriage card has been prepared. IA is supported by affidavit of father of appellant Kasturchand. Police Station Bhanpura District Mandsaur is directed to take necessary action against him.
IA No. 3807/2024 is an application filed by appellant Prahlad seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his son Ranjeet.
As per police verification report, Ranjeet is aged about 19 years i.e. minor for marrying; Likewise, appellant Mahesh has filed IA No. 3808/2024 seeking temporary suspension of sentence on the ground of marriage of his son Kamlesh who is 17 years of age. For the marriage of minors, no bail can be granted. All appellants are real brothers and they are trying to get bail by misleading this Court, hence all the applications are rejected.
Police station Bhanpura District Mandsaur is directed to see that there should not be marriage of minors contrary to law.
IA Nos. 3806/2024, 3807/2024 and 3808/2024 are accordingly rejected.
