Section 21 in Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
21. Power of authority to develop land in non-development area.
- Notwithstanding anything in sub-section (3) of section 13, the Authority or, as the case may be, the local authority may, if it is of opinion that it is expedient to do so, undertake or carryout any development of any land which has been transferred to it or placed at its disposal under section 18 or section 20 even if such land is situated any area which is not a development area.
