Section 8(c) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country/Foreign Liquor Rules, 2002
(c)Application for grant of license shall be submitted to the licensing authority in the prescribed form as appended to these rules as annexure alongwith affidavit and prescribed application fees under Rule 6.
